Dinghy Sailing with Motion M01-1 GPS Sport Trainer

A skipper sailing a dinghy called an "Extra". The Motion M01-1 is mounted on the deck and is
recording his position every 1/4 sec as well as boat heel angle, course, heart rate, etc.

There was a GoPro camera mounted at the transom looking forward. All the data was merged with
the video in the Motion Experience Centre, which comes standard with the Motion M01-1.

Take a look a the graph called "X-Tilt", it shows the boat heeling over through tacking and
gybing, as well as kiting down-wind.
